Garden door secret

I fancy putting up an old door, with an old key dangling on a string, just stuck on the side of the house, but that it goes nowhere.  A green door me thinks would be fun, so that I can put a notice on it that says from the lyrics [“… behind the green door.”] and see how people react.  It can be my little homage to trompe-l’œil, which is an art technique that uses realistic imagery to create optical illusions.  Usually it’s a painting that the depicted objects existing in three dimensions, but actually on a flat surface.  I’m thinking perhaps to grow ivy around it a bit like this image below and let people’s imagination do its thing for them.
