Such a blessed windy night here in Wales. Thinking of how interconnected we all are on this planet, living in the same beautiful biosphere with these swirling gases of nitrogen, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide… Knowing we’re breathing the same atmosphere as the blessed trees. They take what we don’t need and give us back what we do. I occasionally destress with the thought that by breathing in through my nose, it is as if to smell the sweet scent of a garden full of trees, as I gently breath out through my mouth as if to kiss the very Earth that gives life. Anyways, just sharing some positive thoughts. Na night linked human wherever you may be.
